Client-facing Project Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of Xceptor implementations across banking, capital markets and insurance clients. Manage multiple concurrent projects using hybrid delivery (Agile/Waterfall), oversee governance, budgets, resources, stakeholder communication, and revenue performance. Coordinate with technical teams, partners and PMO to ensure successful onboarding, integration, migrations and go-lives.

Lead the technical side of the sales cycle in APAC, delivering software demonstrations and designing solutions for financial institutions to enhance data trustworthiness.

Lead platform product strategy and execution for an AI-native data automation platform. Drive legacy-to-cloud migration, define and deliver AI/ML capabilities, establish platform operating models, prioritisation and SLAs, and lead a platform product team to enable internal solution teams and commercial outcomes.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery for U.S. tax product capabilities. Build and coach product teams, translate regulatory tax requirements into compliant solutions, partner with engineering and GTM to commercialize features, and drive adoption and growth. Monitor regulations, prioritize roadmap, and ensure scalable, AI-enabled product experiences.

Manage a portfolio of key Capital Markets accounts in North America, driving upsells and new business to meet revenue targets. Lead the full sales cycle: solution identification, demos/workshops, relationship management, and contract negotiation with senior executives.

The Solutions Engineer designs and implements production-grade solutions on the Xceptor platform, focusing on data manipulation and automation processes for financial services, while leveraging AI tooling for efficient delivery.

Act as the People & Culture partner for Engineering and Product: shape people strategy, lead talent and performance cycles, advise on employee relations, organizational design, workforce and succession planning, drive people projects, use data to identify improvements, collaborate with Talent Acquisition and the global People & Culture team to support growth.

The role involves supporting sales with US Tax solutions, conducting workshops, overseeing demos, managing Proof of Concepts, and collaborating with various teams.
