Drive new logo enterprise sales across DACH and Nordic financial services accounts. Manage full sales cycle from prospecting, demos/workshops, and RFx to negotiation and contract close. Serve as the HR business partner to Engineering and Product, shaping people strategy, talent and performance management, org design, workforce and succession planning, employee relations, data-driven people analytics, and partnering with Talent Acquisition to support growth and change across a global hybrid organization.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery for U.S. tax product capabilities. Lead delivery on large, complex Xceptor implementations for financial services clients. Act as hands-on delivery lead, own governance, manage risk, coach teams, assure delivery quality, engage in escalation management, and support sales/pre-sales activities.

Manage a portfolio of key Capital Markets accounts in North America, driving upsells and new business to meet revenue targets. Lead the full sales cycle: solution identification, demos/workshops, relationship management, and contract negotiation with senior executives.

Lead platform product strategy and delivery for an AI-native data automation platform. Drive migration of legacy capabilities, define and build AI/ML platform features, manage prioritisation and internal service model, coordinate cross-functional teams, and grow a high-performing product organisation to support regulated financial services use cases.

Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts and pursue new logo opportunities across Capital Markets in Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia. Develop strategic account plans, run the full sales cycle, engage C-suite stakeholders, deliver demos and workshops, and meet annual revenue targets through expansion and new business.

The Solutions Engineer designs and implements production-grade solutions on the Xceptor platform, focusing on data manipulation and automation processes for financial services, while leveraging AI tooling for efficient delivery.

Client-facing Project Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of Xceptor implementations across banking, capital markets and insurance clients. Manage multiple concurrent projects using hybrid delivery (Agile/Waterfall), oversee governance, budgets, resources, stakeholder communication, and revenue performance. Coordinate with technical teams, partners and PMO to ensure successful onboarding, integration, migrations and go-lives.

Act as the People & Culture partner for Engineering and Product: shape people strategy, lead talent and performance cycles, advise on employee relations, organizational design, workforce and succession planning, drive people projects, use data to identify improvements, collaborate with Talent Acquisition and the global People & Culture team to support growth.

The role involves supporting sales with US Tax solutions, conducting workshops, overseeing demos, managing Proof of Concepts, and collaborating with various teams.
