Own and grow strategic sell-side banking accounts across North America. Lead enterprise software sales cycles, including solution identification, demos, workshops, stakeholder engagement, upselling, new business, forecasting, and contract closure. Build senior relationships within investment banks and broker-dealers while meeting ambitious revenue targets. The role requires deep capital markets expertise, complex B2B SaaS sales experience, and confidence engaging executives, operations teams, and technology stakeholders.

Supports the tax product roadmap and delivery of international tax capabilities, including calculation, determination, reporting, invoicing, compliance, and regulatory change management. Gathers requirements, creates user stories, prioritizes backlogs, supports launches, analyzes tax and product data, validates calculations, and collaborates with Tax, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Engineering teams.

Leads product strategy and operations in partnership with the CPO, overseeing the product operating model, governance, portfolio, roadmaps, resource allocation, KPIs, reporting, customer and market insights, launch readiness, pricing input, and AI-enabled tooling. Acts as a strategic partner to executive leadership, prepares board materials, drives cross-functional alignment and transformation, and leads the Product Operations team.

Owns the roadmap, backlog, delivery, and continuous improvement of analytics, reporting, and business intelligence products. Partners with Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, Commercial, Risk, and Compliance teams to translate business needs into product requirements, dashboards, metrics, and self-service insights. The role promotes data quality, governance, accessibility, adoption, and data-driven decision-making while managing stakeholders, releases, prioritization, and product performance.

Own the roadmap and strategy for a defined post-trade area of Xceptor’s core platform. Gather client and stakeholder requirements, define product specifications, conduct usability research, and collaborate with Engineering, UX, and QA through delivery. Track success metrics, prioritize enhancements, communicate product plans, and represent client needs. The role requires fintech or financial-services experience, post-trade knowledge, strong product management and Agile skills, technical fluency, analytical ability, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Owns the roadmap and execution of foundational platform products, including developer tooling, APIs, infrastructure, observability, identity, resilience, and platform enablement. Partners with Engineering, Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, Data, and Product teams to improve developer productivity, reliability, scalability, adoption, and operational efficiency. Defines priorities, success metrics, business cases, and adoption strategies while gathering internal customer feedback and guiding technical product investments.

Own the workflow and business rules platform roadmap, backlog, and delivery. Translate business, operational, and regulatory needs into product requirements, collaborate with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders, and improve automation, decisioning, and operational efficiency. Define metrics, analyze usage and performance, support governance and compliance, and drive scalable, reusable workflow capabilities across the organization.

Design, configure, test, deploy, and support production-grade data solutions on the Xceptor platform. Work with SQL, XML, and structured or semi-structured data to implement ingestion, transformation, validation, enrichment, and workflow logic. Own technical delivery end to end, apply secure release practices, maintain documentation, and use AI tools with rigorous verification. Collaborate across teams, support peers, improve reusable solution patterns, and contribute to quality, observability, auditability, and delivery efficiency in a regulated financial-services environment.

Lead product strategy, roadmap, and commercialization for a US tax-focused AI SaaS product. Build and coach product teams, partner with engineering, domain experts, and GTM to deliver compliant, scalable tax automation features (LLM/AI-enabled). Drive customer insight, prioritize backlog, ensure delivery discipline, and measure adoption and revenue impact.
