Lead and deliver large, complex Xceptor implementations for financial services clients. Act as hands-on delivery lead owning governance, risk management, quality, and outcomes. Coach and mentor delivery teams, manage escalations, improve delivery practices, and support pre-sales to expand client engagements.

Manage a portfolio of key North American capital markets accounts to drive upsells and new business. Deliver annual revenue targets, run product demonstrations and client workshops, negotiate contracts, and build relationships with senior executives. Act as an individual contributor representing Xceptor at enterprise level.

Manage a portfolio of financial-services clients to drive adoption, retention, expansion, and ROI of Xceptor. Act as trusted advisor, develop outcome success plans, monitor usage/NPS, run demos/webinars, surface upsell opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional delivery to ensure client satisfaction and reduced churn.

Lead product strategy, roadmap, and commercialization for a US tax-focused AI SaaS product. Build and coach product teams, partner with engineering, domain experts, and GTM to deliver compliant, scalable tax automation features (LLM/AI-enabled). Drive customer insight, prioritize backlog, ensure delivery discipline, and measure adoption and revenue impact.

Design, configure and deliver production-grade data solutions on the Xceptor platform. Own end-to-end delivery including specification, implementation, testing, deployment and production support. Work with SQL, XML and semi-structured data, apply CI/CD and automated testing practices, and use AI tools responsibly to accelerate delivery. Collaborate across teams, maintain documentation, and ensure quality, security, observability and compliance in a regulated financial services context.

Create and execute content-driven demand generation campaigns aligned to ICPs and buying stages. Own content planning, long-form thought leadership, social and blog output, nurture programs, campaign tracking in HubSpot/Salesforce, and cross-functional collaboration to drive qualified pipeline and measurable business impact.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise key accounts in North America within Capital Markets, driving annual revenue through upsells and new business. Own full sales cycle: identify solutions, run product demonstrations and workshops, negotiate contracts, and build relationships with senior executives to meet quota targets.
