Job summary
The Red Hat North America Public Sector (NAPS) Operations team is looking for a Sales Support Analyst to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will work very closely with business leaders to perform diverse tasks like business and analytics support, documentation, enablement, etc. You will also cooperate frequently with the various cross-functional teams to help identify and eliminate inefficiencies related to delivery. Primary job responsibilities

• Partner with business to support Red Hat and IBM joint selling programs
• Deliver synergy data and report analytics; track and measure sales programs
• Increase data accuracy and process and develop automation capabilities to improve process efficiencies
• Plan and conduct enablement sessions to achieve sales adoption goals

Required skills

• Bachelor's degree in business administration with 2+ years of related experience supporting a sales organization, or in another quantitative field with 2+ years of related experience supporting a sales organization
• Excellent spreadsheet skills, including proven experience managing and summarizing large and diverse datasets, compiling sales reports, and performing analyses
• Ability to understand complex system logic and processes and use this knowledge to analyze strategic decisions
• Experience reporting in a customer relationship management (CRM) system like Salesforce.com (SFDC) or equivalent
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
• Excellent delivery ability and focus on detail
