Sales Strategy and Enablement Manager
Cox Automotive is currently looking for a Sales Strategy & Enablement Manager to join our team in a hybrid or remote working location.

Your Role:
As the Sales Strategy & Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for developing the Digital Adoption strategy, supporting user adoption, prioritizing business requests, and focusing on the seller experience. You will build partnerships with boundary partners to ensure the execution of the Digital Adoption objectives.
What you'll do:
- Develop adoption strategy for CAI Digital Adoption tools, processes, and KPIs.
- Develop and support the governance of the CAI Digital Adoption tool by enabling a Center of Excellence.
- Project manage, create, and execute tool optimization plan for existing Digital Adoption tools, including change management, training, and deployment details.
- Partner directly with 3rd party Digital Adoption tool vendors to drive Cox Automotive needed enhancements and maintain awareness/manage new releases and/or functionality.
- Execute contract renewal by understanding renewal requirements, license allocations, and budget impacts.
- Act as an advisor to peers, sales team members, and other stakeholders as needed to resolve technical problems related to the highest priority for Digital Adoption tools.
- Focus on an enterprise approach to ensure consistent user experience, governance, and visibility across multiple stakeholders and boundary partners.
- Own relationships with boundary partners (IT and Sales Business Office) by collecting business requirements, prioritizing requests, and providing ongoing communication through project execution.
- Execute business requirements by facilitating user acceptance testing, feedback sessions, reviewing content, and at times updating content within the Digital Adoption tool.
- Identify gaps in adoption by analyzing data and making recommendations based on findings on how to improve usage.
- Partner closely with peers to influence/recommend one vision for how technology converges to enable the seller experience.

Qualifications:
Minimum Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years of experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years of experience, a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience, or 10 years of experience in a related field.
Preferred:
- 4+ years leading enterprise-level projects and/or strategy in a highly complex sales/sales operations environment
- Ability to think broadly across multiple business lines
- Familiarity with various sales enablement tools
- Knowledge of existing CAI sales processes and sales team structure/organization
- Excellent presentation skills: strong skills in effective communication with all levels of leadership
- Ability to create executive-level documentation via MS suite
- Proven skills in change management and problem-solving
