Work within the Sales Operations team by supporting the analysis of sales data and creating processes for tracking and reporting. Effectively execute operational tasks related to projects such as NPI mapping, quota setting, and exceptions.

Job Purpose:

Assists with gathering information and analyzes results and presents key findings in support of business leaders. Participates in projects as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creates reports and maintains data that supports day-to-day operations and compliance with key policies, procedures and metrics. Analyzes metrics and supports audits of source data.
  • Assists in the planning, development, modeling, implementation and reporting of all related data.
  • Provides support to Sales Operations team members to identify short-term data and analytics goals related to business objectives.
  • Prepares ad hoc and re-occurring reports. Monitors and reports on progress and results as requested.
  • Analyzes and reports trend data to assist in planning.
  • Creates files that include topics related to internal processes and procedural trends in commissions, headcount and territory alignment.
  • Works with supervisors to develop, communicate, and enforce standards for proper documentation and organization of electronic files, data and actuarial data deliverables.
  • Conducts special research projects as directed.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Information Science or Business with no experience, or an Associate degree or other degree will be considered with equivalent work experience in research, analysis, strategic planning, financial analysis, information systems or related field or ZOLL related domain expertise
    • Sales Operations experience preferred. An understanding of analysis and research required.
    • Experience with MS Excel, dataset, programming, querying and reporting design required.
    • Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis and quantitative techniques preferred.
    • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation and flow-charting software required.
    • Proficiency with research-specific, statistical report writing software preferred.
