LeaseQuery is seeking a Sales Manager to help grow, scale, and develop a team of Account Executives. We are looking for someone with an exceptional work ethic who has a passion for sales coaching and wants to continue to learn and grow in a sales management capacity. LeaseQuery's headquarters is located in Atlanta, GA, but this role can sit 100% remote.
What you will be doing:
- Lead and coach a team of Account Executives to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
- Accurately read/analyze performance data, as well as create actionable insights around said data
- Review demo and call recordings to provide constructive feedback to Account Executives
- Constantly test and optimize sales process tactics and messaging to increase conversion
- Hire and efficiently onboard new team members
- Be responsible for performance reporting for assigned team
- Use understanding of sales forecasting to help build predictable pipeline results
- Collaborate with other leaders in the organization to drive revenue
- Weekly 1:1 meetings with your direct reports to coach and provide feedback and direction on pipeline management
What skills and experience we need you to have:
- Critical thinker with a talent for coaching and leveraging technology to optimize results
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B deal closing sales role
- 1-3 years of experience as a team lead or Sales Manager.
- Proven outbound prospecting skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Highly proficient in using a Salesforce, SalesLoft, Tableau, Google Business Suite and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Team player willing to help others
- Proven ability to thrive and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
