This puts us in a unique position, to help marketers predict consumer shopping behavior based on actual purchase data. We then use that data to reach bank consumers with offers they will love and that drive measurable, incremental purchases for our advertisers.
About the role
Cardlytics is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist. You will play a key role in supporting our Sales & Services team by working closely with cross-functional teams to manage and distribute content appropriately. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter with prior experience in content and communications management. At its core, your job will be to partner with cross-functional teams to distribute and communicate content effectively aligned to operational cadences.
You will:
- Support content management strategy to ensure streamlined content and training programs
- Manage the CMS and LMS platforms
- Manage ongoing Sales & Services communication cadence
- Project manage the annual global sales conference and events, coordinating with stakeholders, manage budgets, etc.
- Support Sales Readiness training initiatives
- Partner with Sales Enablement, Marketing, Leadership and other cross-functional teams to ensure branding across content and messaging is consistent
- Support the Sales Readiness and Enablement team with invites, logistics, invoice processing
- Develop data-driven and reporting baseline metrics to measure Sales Readiness initiative effectiveness
You are:
- A collaborator who will partner across internal sales, marketing, product, bank, and other cross-functional teams to enable the consistent flow of content and communication management needs
- An effective communicator who can synthesize develop copy across the Sales & Services organization from a variety of stakeholders
- Organized and proactive to develop materials, balance multiple stakeholders, keep parallel work steams on track and prioritize needs to meet deadlines
- A strong project manager that can keep the project team aligned to meet deliverables and stakeholders informed
- Passionate about the digital marketing, advertising landscape with a desire to inform and train others
You have experience in:
- 2-4 years in sales readiness, enablement or other business manage function
- Passion for sales collateral and communication content, preferable
- Partnering with cross-functional leaders
- Working within a high-growth, technology company and experience in optimizing sales process and performance
