Lead architecture and evolution of Cardlytics' AWS-based data compute platform and lakehouse. Define standards for batch, streaming, ML, and AI workloads; build semantic layer, feature store, and governance. Partner with analysts and engineers, drive CI/CD (Terraform, GitHub Actions), monitoring, security, cost governance, and incident response while mentoring teams and shaping platform strategy.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend services and features. Collaborate with product and global engineering teams, write clean code, participate in code reviews, and solve technical challenges using modern cloud-native and distributed-system approaches.

Partner with business leaders to produce consolidated P&Ls, forecasts, variance analysis, and executive reporting. Own monthly close cycles, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, capex, and ad-hoc financial modeling. Drive process improvements, collaborate with Accounting, respond to financial inquiries, and build business cases to support value-based decisions in a high-growth environment.

Serve as a strategic finance partner to executive leadership, driving budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, valuation analyses, Board and Audit Committee reporting, and corporate development evaluation. Provide actionable insights, support cross-functional financial controls and external communications, mentor Strategic Finance team members, and identify process improvements and automation opportunities to support long-term growth and capital allocation decisions.
