About the Opportunity

 WeWork is seeking a strategic, talented, proactive individual to join our Sales Enablement Team supporting the US and Canada, based in New York City. Working with a lean, flexible, highly collaborative team, you will drive efforts focused on consulting, creating, measuring, and managing world-class sales training and enablement initiatives. You will bring a creative approach to instructional design and ensure flawless execution against the training strategy. This role is instrumental in ensuring our different sales teams ramp effectively and perform optimally at all stages of the sales process.  

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with USC sellers, leaders, and cross functional teams to identify knowledge/ skill gaps, design and deliver strategic enablement solutions that drive revenue and enhance employee engagement.

  • Own training library and ensure content is updated. Architect and optimize programs and resources on WeWork products, sales cycle, and key competencies.

  • Tailor training to align to sales priorities, business needs, and industry trends.

  • Evaluate effectiveness of training and enablement solutions, measure return on investment and impact on business readiness.

  • Lead coordination, communication and administration for all enablement programs. 

  • Liaise with stakeholders to optimize sales tech stack and create training solutions.

 

About You

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Training (closing experience a plus) Also relevant: Marketing/ Learning Operations, L&D, sales performance roles, consulting, marketing/ content creation, educational design

  • Proven ability to lead creation of high-quality programs, presentations, and client-ready materials.

  • Impeccable design thinking, attention to detail and project management skills.

  • Experience in LMS management and ownership/ maintenance of knowledge hubs. 

  • Quantitative and qualitative data analytics skills, can identify gaps and ROI via data.

  • Demonstrated fluency facilitating learning in an engaging manner by leading internal training, presentations, group meetings, etc. (in person and/or virtually

  • Skilled managing changing priorities and partnering across a dynamic, fast-paced multi-team sales organization.

  • Expert communication skills with demonstrated business acumen.

  • Track record of accountability: leading initiatives, hitting goals, succeeding on  team.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Instructional design / program management experience

  • Understanding of adult learning and behavioral change theory.

  • Knowledge of the commercial real estate industry, specifically related to office space.

  • Experience as a coach or consultant in a business setting, sales coaching. 

  • Proficient in Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, and LMS management about business results, with a strong sense of accountability, ROI metrics, and ownership.
