WHAT YOU'LL DO AT H1
You will help drive our growing sales organization through high impact operational execution and process improvement.
- Perform in depth analysis of sales team training requirements and knowledge gaps
- Develop and manage a world-class sales enablement and training program including: Onboarding, Long term development for existing sales team, Programs to support new products
- Curate a highly effective learning library that delivers specific real time field requirements
- Measure and monitor the business impact of learning programs
- Deliver performance summaries to Executive Leadership inclusive of recommendations for success
- Collaborate with Executive Leadership, Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Customer Success and Implementation teams to develop the H1 message and engagement plan
ABOUT YOU
You are an experienced sales enablement leader who will partner cross functionally to drive broader commercial team performance improvement. You will design and execute programs in collaboration with other key business stakeholders and external providers.
You will be part of a fast-paced environment and dynamic team, so the ability to execute tactics while providing an overall strategy and vision for your team is critical.
REQUIREMENTS
- You have at least 7 years experience in Sales Training or coaching of sales reps
- You ideally have experience in the Life Science SaaS software industry
- You’re an expert at content development
- You have experience leveraging LMS systems such as Allego, Northpass
- You have experience with Salesforce & Confluence as well
- You’re a trusted advisor to sales leadership with strong organizational agility abilities
- You’re a data driven decision maker
- You understand complex Enterprise Sales processes
