You will be responsible for building a rockstar team of Market Development Associates. Together you will be at the frontline in executing outreach campaigns that spread the love for Cloudbeds through the global hospitality industry. You will fuel the sales pipeline with qualified leads whilst reveling in the knowledge that you and your team are helping to transform the lodging industry one phone call at a time.

Location: Remote - Americas

What You Will Do: 

  • Support the Director - Global Sales Development in the success of Cloudbeds outbound sales strategy, fuelling the sales pipeline by being Cloudbeds’ loudest voice in the market 
  • Lead, coach, and motivate your regional team of Sales Development Representatives, creating a culture of persistence and success.
  • Hold your team of Sales Development Representatives accountable to daily, weekly, and monthly activity and success metrics
  • Be a key member of the go-to-market team that alongside Regional Sales Managers and Inbound Sales Managers identifies campaign opportunities that align with the regional market strategy
  • Plan outbound campaigns in sync with marketing and regional sales teams
  • Be creative and tenacious in developing localized outbound sales tactics
  • Review rep calls daily and coach and drill team members on outbound sales tactics
  • Be process-driven and responsible for Salesforce administration and team reporting
  • Collaborate with the Sales Ops team to master Cloudbeds sales technology
  • Create positivity and belief amongst your team, and back it up with the rationale
  • Create a fear-free environment in which everyone can contribute their part toward success
  • In collaboration with the Sales Enablement team, craft localized outbound content - emails, call scripts, message scripts. Measure success and optimize.

You’ll Succeed With: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • Fluency in business English
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones
  • At least 4 years of SaaS sales experience
  • At least 5 years in a role focused on outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification
  • A data-driven hunter, with a passion for prospecting and sales best practices
  • Track record of overachievement in customer acquisition, and the ability to drive high levels of outbound prospecting activity
  • Salesforce.com experience
  • Self-motivated, culturally aware team player with a can-do attitude
  • The candidate must be a strong coach & leader 

Bonus:

  • A proven track record leading a remote team 
  • Experience in hospitality operations
  • Portuguese and Spanish languages
