Reports To

Manager, Renewals Team

What You Will Be Doing

Take ownership of auto renewals process which includes the initiating automated and non automated outreach, preparing quotes, updating opportunities in Salesforce and renewing tokens for renewal services.

May occasionally interact with customers to answer questions, our Sales teams to help strategize, and our Accounts Receivable team to solve issues with invoices.

Recommend process improvements internally.

Work on special projects, as assigned.

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint
  • Demonstrated experience and success in software & renewals services
  • Great time management and ensure all tokens are renewed prior to expiration date
  • Ability to problem solve as issues arrive
  • Excellent listening skills when working with customers to best answer their questions with the aim to always have the customer renew
  • Excellent follow up skills and ability to effectively manage pipeline of all renewals
  • Experience in Salesforce and familiarity with other systems such as docusign, microsoft outlook, and email marketing tools such as Outreach
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 Year of strong relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours that may sometimes overlap with PST time zone
