Job Description

As a Private Account Administrator I with Frost, you will be responsible for administering a portfolio of basic trust accounts and investment agencies ensuring that each account operates effectively. Responsibilities will include reviewing and administering a portfolio of basic trust accounts in accordance with the governing documents and managing customer relationships by fully understanding their needs and delivering an excellent experience. The candidate will ensure compliance with all laws, regulations and internal policies.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in trust administration, financial services, or legal services
• Familiarity with trust laws and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications

Preferred:

• CTFA, CFP, or similar professional designation
