Our rapidly growing direct-to-consumer division is seeking experienced Insurance Sales Agents to join our team. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for selling auto and home insurance over the phone. Unlike many insurance sales roles, our Insurance Sales Agents take inbound sales calls. This opportunity allows for higher closing rates and commission potential is much greater than other insurance agencies. Not to mention, our agents are selling agents. There is no servicing in this role. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals who like to be in the driver's seat of what they take home while making a positive impact!
Responsibilities:
Answering inbound calls to quote and sell auto and home insurance
Providing customers with a professional, high-value experience
Become a knowledge expert of our carrier insurance products
Work within our proprietary CRM to build your sales funnel
Follow up on and close your sales opportunities
Qualifications:
2+ years experience in personal lines auto insurance sales
Active P&C license required (multiple states a plus)
Strong verbal and communication skills
Ability to handle a high volume of sales opportunities
Strong written communication skills
Strong work ethics
Have a track record of sales success
