Partner Solutions Implementation Engagement Analyst

Mission: As WEX Health continues to grow and scale, it is crucial that the sales, pre-sales, marketing and implementation teams collaborate to ensure a successful implementation. This role will fill a much-needed gap of standardizing the interface between the WEX Health sales teams and the implementation teams, during the sales process and throughout implementation. This role will provide guidance and support not only to the partner but to internal teams as well. During these engagements, this role will also gather market trends to inform internal teams, in order to help shape priorities.

Overview:

  • Identify business opportunities and convert them to projects including partner merger/acquisition activities
  • Support sales forecasting process and facilitate business rhythm to increase visibility to partner pipelines and health
  • Supports annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives. Maintain current activity and accurate forecast information.
  • Responsible for being the point person between sales and implementation, prioritizing engagements
  • Collaborate with sales team to represent implementation during prospect meetings and provide any needed documentation assist with closing the deal
  • Review of RPF implementation responses and update to reflect most accurate response based on changes in the implementation process
  • Update and maintain the sales collateral related to implementation activities, provide ad hoc sales materials as needed for specific opportunities
  • Work with sales to maintain implementation margins and increase one time revenue opportunities with implementations by analyzing market data to determine implementation pricing
  • Review and maintain contract updates related to implementation activities
  • Responsible for negotiating any one-time revenue modifications
  • Responsible for contract review/negotiation when requested
  • Collaborate with the sales and pre-sales team to accurately define what was sold, including unique requirements/solutions defined during the sales process to ensure a seamless hand off process to the implementation team members
  • Create sales and implementation playbook to provide scale throughout continued new partner implementations
  • Engage with the partner during the discovery phase of the implementation to provide guidance on go to market strategy, specific communication materials based on launch approach, and standard communication timelines based on partner's book of business.
  • Research sales statistics and establish implementation potential pricing based on target market. Collaborate with sales to identify new ways to price implementation services
  • Build strong relationships with new partners during the sales process to be an escalation point person during the implementation process
  • Develop proposals, case studies, statements of work, return on investment, and other reports when required.
  • Conduct meetings with prospects and management to determine project scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Track & report progress and identify and correct any delays.
  • Plan and manage multiple engagements effectively.
  • Maintain frequent prospect/partner communication, make prospect/partner visits, and ensure prospect/partner satisfaction.
  • Craft business value metrics to showcase customer satisfaction, speed to implementation, added value during discovery and sales
  • Provide additional escalation support during implementation if needed
  • Collaborate with Health Account Services and Partner Account Executives for post implementation handoff



What you need to succeed

  • 5-7 years prior experience in solution consulting or services sales
  • Knowledge of enterprise software deployment from a services selling perspective
  • Knowledge of SaaS and Cloud-based offerings
  • Ability to rapidly assess partner business challenges, organizational and technological landscape and effectively recommend innovative solutions
  • Ability to achieve partner satisfaction through the effective engagement during the implementation lifecycle
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, written and listening skills
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent on the job training
  • 50% travel anticipated
