Outbound Sales Coordinator

Role
The Outbound Sales Coordinator position is an operationally focused, non quota carrying role within the Sales Development Representative organization. In this role you’ll work to improve process and efficiency for our pipeline creation team and be responsible for a variety of administrative and reporting tasks to keep our team operating smoothly.
Location
This role will be located in Seattle, following a hybrid work model. The team will be in the office 2-3 days a week.
Your Daily Adventures Include
- Help our SDR team drive pipeline by assisting with account research, database clean up and strategic outreach
- Tackle reporting and analytics around team performance on things like Target Accounts, Marketing Qualified Leads and SAL Score
- Find opportunities to improve process and creatively approach challenges
- Oversee account moves working directly with the SDR Managers of each segment
- Coordinate with our commissions team to ensure prompt and accurate payment processing
- Report to SDR senior management
- Maintain a firm grasp on our value proposition and industry
- Participate in team events and trainings

- 1+ years of sales administration experience
- You have the ability to think on your feet
- You are highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities. Attention to detail is of the utmost importance in this role.
- You’re comfortable in a fast-paced, high energy environment
- You have a go-getter attitude and have the ability to be a creative problem solver
- You have a strong passion for sales and sales processes/operations
- You are strong at creating and nurturing relationships and can work cross functionally
- You feel confident using programs like SalesForce, LinkedIn and GoogleSheets. If you haven’t used them, that’s ok! You have had to learn new programs before and have a knack for picking them up quickly

- Experience in SaaS is welcome but not necessary
