I. Job Summary | Major goals and objectives.
The National Account Executive sells integrated marketing programs for the Successful Farming profit center. Those programs and packages include multimedia vehicles such as: digital, social, print, radio, broadcast, events, database, etc. This position also develops relationships across the entire customer base.
II. Essential Job Functions

Sells integrated marketing programs across the Successful Farming portfolio of products. Minimum expectation is for the National Account Executive to achieve sales quota target goal each year.
20%
Establishes relationships with all key customers throughout assigned territory.

Provides accurate business forecasts to management.
5%
Manages travel and entertainment budgets within allocated budgeted amounts.

III. Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements | All must be met to be considered.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Agriculture or related field, or equivalent training and/or experience.
Experience:
- 3-5 years successful sales and customer experience.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and integrate resources to help customers reach their objectives.
- Strong organization and scheduling skills.
- Solid grasp of marketing concepts.
- Strong sales skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Good computer skills including expertise with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Adaptable and effective negotiating skills.
- Understanding of agricultural and/or advertising industry preferred.
