The Market Advisor Senior - Sales Enablement role within PNC Private Bank organization is a hybrid position which provides flexibility to work both remotely and in a Private Bank office located in an setting that serves our International Clients. Certain job responsibilities may require travel and time in the office on a regular basis. This position is based in the state of Texas.
Job Description
- For a specific product group(s), engage internal partners to manage pipeline, maximize sales and improve performance while identifying opportunities to improve product sales and support.
- Manage complex transactions to resolve any escalated issues by utilizing cross-functional product expertise and deep credit knowledge. Serves as an escalation point for complex client issues including rate negotiation and coordinates response. Provides product support in resolving client issues.
- Coordinate with internal partners to assist in the development and/or execution of product sales strategy. Delivers specialized product training to sales and/or support organization.
- Advise, decision, consult, and assist with implementation of pipeline management improvements to drive effective sales results. Supports sales process and assists in managing sales pipeline for new and existing customers.
- Suggests improvements and changes to better meet service client needs and service level agreements. Participates in quality management/risk management processes and monitors adherence to policies and procedures.

Work Experience
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience. Specific certifications are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
