Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, media or working with advertising agencies.



Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, and/or customers, and influencing C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience in advertising sales and media account management.
  • Knowledge of traditional and contemporary/online marketing strategy and tactics; product knowledge across all digital advertising products areas.
  • Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a customer engagement strategy.
  • Ability to position a platform against traditional and digital media platforms.
  • Interest in working towards a goal and driving sustainable growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for growing advertising business growth by educating, promoting solutions, and consulting with customers directly.

Responsibilities

  • Establish credibility with executives and serve as a trusted consultant to optimize and expand their advertising investment through cross-device measurement and attribution engagements.
  • Manage a portfolio of Small-Medium-sized Businesses (SMB) by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunity for growth, managing risks, and creating multi-quarter plans for achievement.
  • Meet or exceed goals consistently, while prioritizing and delivering effective customer experience to Google's advertisers.
  • Coach peers proactively in the organization to create skill lift that drives customer growth and contributes to overall team success.
  • Generate business plans by collaborating with specialists, Engineers, and Product teams, and defining business goals, strategies and success metrics.
