Pay Ranges: $45-58 base with Quarterly bonus program!
Job Responsibilities: What you will do
Solicit new opportunities from trucking companies for Iron Fuel Program.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Seek out leads from customers.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Respond to customer inquiries and process orders.
- Assure that all selling materials provided to customers are accurate, and up to date.
- Cross-sell other Iron Truck Services.
- Process applications for new account set up.
- Ensure each customer's interaction with Knight is a great experience by providing an unmatched level of customer service and account management.
- Communicate and work effectively with program partners and internal teams to sign up accounts and promote the use of our program.
- Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.
Qualifications: What you need to bring
- 2+ years' related sales experience required.
- Associates degree or equivalent of education and experience required.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Report generation
- Mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to interpret user needs and translate into system requirements.
- Ability to understand system data and to identify discrepancies
- Previous knowledge of system analytics helpful
