Mindex seeks an Inside Sale Representative (ISR), to join our growing team. Our ISR role is part of our wider sales business, focusing on generating new business and whitespace pipeline through prospecting, with the ultimate goal of closed business won. You will represent Mindex Cloud and help prospects and clients navigate their journey and harness the power of the Cloud. With a mix of a strong process plan and creativity, you will help drive new business revenue through inbound and outbound opportunity generation. You will engage effectively in written form as well as conduct high level conversations with IT departments and senior business executives in prospect accounts to fuel our company's growth. You will work with our Marketing team to improve our campaigns and messaging. You will partner closely with our Sales team to create and execute on a territory plan. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. If you are motivated, results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we'd like to meet you!

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting using email, social media, phone, referrals, and in-person meetings to generate new business
  • Achieve monthly sales quota by generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
  • Nurture and qualify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
  • Communicate compelling value propositions around Mindex services to potential customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with AWS counterparts
  • Attain weekly metrics, including number of outbound calls and contacts made
  • Capture, track, and advance activity and qualified leads (MQLs & SQLs) in HubSpot
  • Understand a prospect's needs and effectively communicate how Mindex will meet them
  • Use research and data to prioritize and customize outreach
  • Consistently meet new business opportunity and pipeline targets
  • Follow up on leads and perform BANT qualification; hand off qualified leads to Sales

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field (preferred)
  • Knowledge of a CRM tool (preferred)
  • Experience/knowledge of public cloud platforms and their value prop (preferred)
  • One+ year experience in IT sales
  • Track record of consistently achieving quota in an outbound sales or prospecting role in B2B environments
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner certification (required within first 45 days of employment)
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication style
  • Genuine curiosity around Cloud, big data, and technology and a willingness to learn new technology
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilient, can overcome objections, and okay with rejection
