Provides administrative and operational support to business leaders and teams by coordinating meetings, calendars, documentation, reports, requests, and follow-up activities. Maintains confidential records, creates process documentation and SOPs, supports internal projects, validates information across systems, and identifies efficiency improvements. Serves as a point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external partners while managing multiple priorities independently.

Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and Lightning components. Design complex workflows, processes, and triggers; perform data migrations and external integrations using REST and SOAP APIs; troubleshoot applications; and uphold coding standards through reviews. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, stay current with Salesforce technologies, and potentially mentor other developers.

Owns the Advanced Analytics product for K-12 education customers, translating customer needs into prioritized requirements, epics, features, and measurable outcomes. Partners with engineering, UX, support, training, documentation, sales, and marketing to deliver data platforms, reports, dashboards, and advanced analytics capabilities. Defines data quality and success criteria, facilitates testing and feedback, represents the product externally, and identifies responsible AI opportunities to improve productivity and customer value.

Deliver customer training and onboarding for Mindex’s K-12 software products through virtual and on-site instruction, webinars, workshops, coaching, and certification programs. Partner with implementation teams, customers, and account managers to align training with district workflows, configurations, and adoption goals. Maintain product expertise, develop learning materials, analyze customer feedback, support education events, mentor teammates, and use AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency and service quality.

Lead and develop multiple engineering teams to deliver and maintain the SchoolTool platform. Drive technical strategy, architecture, release planning, incident response, modernization, observability, and cross-functional collaboration while promoting engineering best practices and responsible AI-assisted development.

Provide end-user technical support for Windows and Mac workstations, manage IT assets and onboarding/offboarding, administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD, Intune), troubleshoot OS/network/software issues, maintain documentation, and participate in after-hours on-call rotations.

Lead and mentor a software engineering team while contributing hands-on to architecture, development, code reviews, production support, and modernization of ClearTrack and MTSS Edge. Improve CI/CD, testing, observability, security, and introduce AI-assisted development practices across the product lifecycle.
