Designs, develops, tests, documents, and supports enterprise applications using Java, Spring Framework, and modern development tools. Translates customer requirements into software solutions, debugs application issues, enhances existing systems, and collaborates with customers and cross-functional Agile teams. The role also involves applying AI-assisted engineering practices, understanding security considerations, and contributing throughout the software development lifecycle.

Provides functional and technical support for Mindex’s K-12 education software products. Responsibilities include triaging tickets, troubleshooting application, server, and database issues, documenting and reproducing defects, supporting reports and procedures, monitoring service trends, managing incidents, creating documentation, assisting customers, and contributing to product improvements. The role requires strong customer service, communication, documentation, technical troubleshooting, and knowledge of special education, intervention services, and Medicaid compliance.

Design, build, and maintain cloud-native applications, APIs, background services, user interfaces, mobile functionality, and reusable business logic using .NET, C#, and AWS. Develop infrastructure as code, CI/CD automation, observability, and secure, highly available solutions. Troubleshoot production issues, participate in technical design and code reviews, collaborate cross-functionally, and document architecture. Apply AI-assisted engineering practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Support three Scrum teams by facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and guiding release and quarterly planning. Manage project scope, timelines, costs, and stakeholder expectations while communicating status and risks. Coach teams in Agile and SDLC practices, promote self-organization and continuous improvement, and foster collaboration. Partner with technical leads on performance feedback and development, while helping teams deliver successful sprints in a remote environment.

Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and Lightning components. Design complex workflows, processes, and triggers; perform data migrations and external integrations using REST and SOAP APIs; troubleshoot applications; and uphold coding standards through reviews. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, stay current with Salesforce technologies, and potentially mentor other developers.

Owns the Advanced Analytics product for K-12 education customers, translating customer needs into prioritized requirements, epics, features, and measurable outcomes. Partners with engineering, UX, support, training, documentation, sales, and marketing to deliver data platforms, reports, dashboards, and advanced analytics capabilities. Defines data quality and success criteria, facilitates testing and feedback, represents the product externally, and identifies responsible AI opportunities to improve productivity and customer value.
