Lead and develop multiple engineering teams to deliver and maintain the SchoolTool platform. Drive technical strategy, architecture, release planning, incident response, modernization, observability, and cross-functional collaboration while promoting engineering best practices and responsible AI-assisted development.

Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and Lightning components. Design complex workflows, processes, and triggers; perform data migrations and external integrations using REST and SOAP APIs; troubleshoot applications; and uphold coding standards through reviews. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, stay current with Salesforce technologies, and potentially mentor other developers.

Provide end-user technical support for Windows and Mac workstations, manage IT assets and onboarding/offboarding, administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD, Intune), troubleshoot OS/network/software issues, maintain documentation, and participate in after-hours on-call rotations.

Analyze and translate existing Informer reports into Report Center (Prism) or Power BI. Build self-service and custom reports, develop data models, write and optimize SQL across Snowflake/SQL Server/Oracle, validate migrated reports, document data lineage, and partner with stakeholders to prioritize and improve reporting during migration.

Lead strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise AI/GenAI solutions. Define roadmaps, architect scalable GenAI systems (RAG, vector search, agents), manage cross-functional teams, ensure governance and responsible AI, and drive adoption and KPIs to demonstrate business value.

Lead and mentor a software engineering team while contributing hands-on to architecture, development, code reviews, production support, and modernization of ClearTrack and MTSS Edge. Improve CI/CD, testing, observability, security, and introduce AI-assisted development practices across the product lifecycle.
