We are growing our Channel Partner Business Manager team! We are adding experienced, driven, sales professionals with a consistent track record of exceeding goals in a Partner led sales model for Latin America. You will need to possess strong sales management experience and the ability to develop and build strong partner relationships. This role would be a bilingual Spanish speaking position.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Engage with and understand NVIDIA partner business models
  • Work with reseller partners to create and execute business plans to drive revenue
  • Create, develop, and maintain relationship with key resellers in your territory
  • Engage in pipeline review and manage a rolling pipeline of opportunities in SFDC, including forecasting internally
  • Track partner compliance, participation, and sales within a CRM
  • Coordinate with partners to achieve a sales target
  • Work with NVIDIA Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to assist your partners drive revenue
  • Maintain executive and C-level relationships
  • Understand and advocate NVIDIA Solutions via partners
  • Be a go-to resource for all things NVIDIA for your partners
  • Lead partner trainings as needed
  • Present results in regular internal QBRs



What we need to see:

  • A passion for technology
  • Experience selling technological solutions and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Experience managing Channel Reseller ecosystems
  • Microsoft Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with SFDC
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years meaningful work experience
  • Light travel for events, trainings, and partner QBRs
  • Previous experience working with channel resellers is preferred
  • Must be fluent in Spanish

The Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act requires that NVIDIA provide the compensation range and benefits offered for this position if performed in Colorado. The base hourly range for this position in Colorado is $53.60 - 73.70 USD.
NVIDIA also offers a comprehensive benefits package. We provide health care coverage, dental and vision, 401(K), including company matching and after tax contributions, Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), Employee Assistance Program (EAP), company paid holidays, paid sick leave, vacation leave, professional time off, life and disability protection. Employees in eligible sales and positions may also be eligible for commission.

Base pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related reasons.
