About the Role:
The HW Sales Specialist is responsible for selling hardware and platform services to the company's prospects and customers over the phone, email and/or chat. Achieves assigned quota and drives customer satisfaction. Collaborates with account managers to identify opportunities and close sales.
What You'll Do:
• Sells server and peripheral hardware, network and security services to assigned customers and prospects to meet or exceed quota
• Uses sales strategies and selling processes such as effective discovery, product presentation, value analysis and proposal
• Provides updated to the customer database through the CRM application
• Partners with other company sellers to drive maximum benefit for our customers with a total solution approach
What You Need to Succeed:
• Ability to work with cross functional teams
• Leadership abilities to achieve business goals
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Experienced sales skills including questioning, active listening, qualifying, closing and value validation
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred
Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:
• 2+ years applicable experience
• High school diploma preferred
