What you'll be able to do:
- Manage the US Ford Lincoln Protect direct mail program (post vehicle purchase) with outside 3rd Party Suppliers / partners.
- Develop a strategy that maximizes and grows the number of Ford and Lincoln Protect contract sales post vehicle sale.
- Develop and manage B2C marketing campaigns and improve consistency of Ford Lincoln Protect product benefits/marketing materials across post vehicle purchase touchpoints.
- Improve Omni-Channel strategy (direct mail, email, social media, Ford apps, etc.) to ensure customers are receiving the right message at the right time to drive sales.
- Support US Field requests by pulling sales data and completing proforma.
- Manage requests through the system to ensure they are approved in a timely manner.
- Assist the Business Development Manager Department in developing and implementing new initiatives that focus on assisting the Extended Service Business (ESB) Department to fulfill our business plan commitments.
The minimum requirements we seek:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in Digital advertising, marketing and Sales
Our preferred requirements:
- Knowledge and understanding of dealership FI operations and Extended Service products
- Proficient in Microsoft EXCEL, Word, and PowerPoint
- Self-starter capable of operating independently as well as the ability to work with teams
- Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable to change
- Ability to manage multiple projects and manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required - attention to detail is critical
- Strong initiative to deliver results
- Strong marketing and sales acumen
- Ability to develop innovative and creative solutions
