What You’ll Bring to The Team:

At Florence, we’re passionate about making it easy for our Customers to contribute to research and identify treatments and cures. A technical issue should never slow them down! As a Director of Strategic Accounts, you will:

  • Establish a working knowledge of Florence's technology and the value proposition it provides to both Sponsors and CROs.
  • Be able to present the value proposition and technology solution to prospects within the first 30 days of employment.
  • Prospect, secure and manage relationships at assigned CRO/Sponsor accounts (top 20 in each sector not currently under contract with Florence).
  • Align with Implementation, Product, Development and other functional areas internally to drive flawless delivery
  • Achieve objectives and targets that align with Florence’s organizational goals, while taking on new challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
  • Provide the utmost in Customer service to ensure the success of all Florence projects for the assigned accounts.
  • Establish a regular cadence of communication with all Customers that include key stakeholders at the account.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the key stakeholders, decision-making process, influence networks and “politics” of the account.
  • Upon securing new contracts, design an overall account strategy to assist in the management of the account moving forward.

  • Results-focused: Have the ability to develop deep relationships with CRO/Sponsor stakeholders and have shown a proven ability to navigate multi-faceted Customer organizations with repeated success.
  • A leader: Can set an agenda that is aggressive, but realizable, and wins followers with a positive and energetic approach to work and life. Gets energy from solving difficult problems.
  • Clear communicator: Shows exceptional project management, articulation of issues and an ability to navigate Florence stakeholders across teams to solve problems.
