The Data and Analytics (D&A) organization is looking for individuals who are able to make an impact in our data-driven transformation - leaders in their field who can readily move between the complex world of data, analytics and insights and able to bridge the use of information in a business context and translate that complexity into strategies, products, capabilities, and ideas that our customers and partners understand.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Data & Analytics, you will use your industry knowledge and your commercial skills to develop monetization strategies for the emerging data and analytics business.
Scope & Key Competencies:
- Manage all aspects of the relationship with selected Data Partners with focus on driving new revenue streams through collaborative initiatives
- Develop and maintain a strategic plan for Data Partners that is aligned with overall objectives and communicated across key stakeholders
- Serve as advocate for the D&A strategy to both internal stakeholders and external partners
- Partner with sales teams to understand existing revenue from Data Partners across Fiserv.
- Extensive cross-functional engagement with Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations and IT to ensure delivery and implementation of commercial solutions with Data Partners
- Partner with Product Development to influence roadmap for new offerings that address Voice of Customer
- Partner with sales team to share Data Partner product roadmap and develop target clients and market segments
- Partner with the D&A Strategy Leader to identify and grow new partner channels to market existing and new services
- Manage KPI dashboard to monitor effectiveness of Data Partner channels
- Contribute/lead internal stakeholder & Data Partner communications to update progress, challenges and opportunities in Data Partnership
- Manage within the proposed Data Partner support model, covering technical, commercial, 3rd party risk, dispute resolution and delivery
- Partner closely with marketing to ensure an effective waterfall demand generation of leads to set sellers up for success
- Manage pipeline health and data quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field required; graduate degree preferred
- 7+ years' experience in data or analytics solutions across multiple industries
- Firm understanding of leveraging data and insights for Fraud, Credit Risk and Marketing use cases
- Experience with partner onboarding and management in a regulated environment
- Strong customer marketing experience and understanding
- Experience in business development, sales or product management of data or analytics solutions
- Strong communication, presentation and time management skills
- Result orientation and ability to deliver under strict timelines
- Effectively navigates matrixed environments and possesses strong collaboration skills
- Experience managing high degree of change and complexity across organization and portfolio
- Must possess effective negotiation, decision making and strong problem-solving abilities involving identifying the root cause of problems, assessing risks/impacts and determining and implementing effective solution
- Flexibility to travel as needed
