WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
As a BDR Manager, you will lead a team of BDRs (Outbound Business Reps) that focus on generating meetings, opportunities, and pipeline in net-new and customer accounts. You will join a team of highly motivated, energetic sales professionals that take pride in landing new customers, uncovering additional use cases within our current install base, generating pipeline, and delivering the Box message to a wide base of accounts across various industries.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Hire, train, and manage a team of Outbound Business Representatives
Develop reps for career growth within the Box Sales organization
Work closely with Mid-market and Enterprise Sales Management to set expectations and manage relationships with AEs and BDRs
Motivate Individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship
Actively use salesforce.com to manage sales process, and set standards for performance metrics
WHO YOU ARE
1 year of experience managing sales professionals
Proven record of sales success
Ability to hire and train new sales representatives
Experience successfully managing people to achieve performance goals
Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
Detailed knowledge of the Box and SaaS landscape
Passion for cloud technologies
