Business Development Manager, to report to the Director of Bovine

Roles and responsibilities
This individual will be responsible for bringing new business opportunities to the table with the goal to increase revenue and adoption of genomics in the Bovine space. All while owning and driving new business in the programs currently developed such as Blockchain, Enhanced, Branded.
Implementation of new Pull-Through programs
Implementation of Loyalty programs for our producers
Collaboration initiatives with our other divisions within Neogen

Blockchain -
Work with Neogen's Blockchain partner to facilitate and grow business opportunities
Weekly meetings to stay abreast of weekly happenings, prospect needs, and current customer's business needs
Facilitate and own business meetings with our industries' top leaders and organizations to implement Blockchain into their business plans and solutions
Meet or exceed projected sales revenue for Blockchain
Work with FS to collaborate on business opportunities analytics and blockchain capabilities
Collaborate with blockchain partner and Neogen's internal teams to bring Neogen Blockchain to the Bovine Igenity business
Work with our Marketing teams to develop marketing campaign for our blockchain solutions

Igenity Enhanced -

Work with Neogen's Genetic Predictions Group and our Territory Managers to drive adoption of our Enhanced program
Aid TMs with identifying Neogen's target prospect list for the Enhanced program
Assist in key business meetings with commercial prospects interested in the Enhanced program
Work with the Genetic Predictions Team to learn the internal workings of the Enhance program for training and on-boarding needs
Facilitate with TMs to host targeted producer meetings to increase awareness and adoption of the value of Enhanced
Meet or exceed revenue budget and goals set for Enhanced

Igenity Branded -
Work with the sales teams to grow awareness and adoption of genomic tested feeder cattle
Grow Igenity Branded marketing programs into other market venues within the industry
Facilitate regular training and webinars with current industry partners to help spread the message and education of the value Branded cattle offer the industry
Collaborate with Feedlot Manager and Marketing Manager to build marketing plan to help drive adoption and awareness targeting confinement feeding operations
Work with Director of Bovine to develop PVP and designate certification company and certification requirements
Create SOP documents to outline the program for internal needs
