Position Summary: This position is responsible for the management and tracking of Sales Pipeline, partnering with CCP's SVP & Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) to support the achievement of both individual and departmental sales goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Build solid collaborative relationships with sales influencers such as consultants and brokers assisting in the business development activities.
  2. Manage the CCP sales pipeline database as it pertains to sales activities and tasks and deliverables
  3. In collaboration with the Marketing department, develop presentations, proposals, and collateral to provide to potential clients
  4. Conduct research on potential clients to determine if a client fits the CCP culture and present to CBDO for review
  5. Develop account profiles on potential clients to CCP leadership and implementation team
  6. Maintain sales team calendar of activities and deliverables
  7. Coordinate and complete projects on-time, within budget and within scope
  8. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of projects
  9. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of projects
  10. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple clients on-boarding
  11. Develop a comprehensive plan to monitor and track progress of new clients implementation, including any potential risk for escalation to management as needed
  12. Meet with CBDO and clients to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each potential contract
  13. Coordinate with Legal Team on the development of the contract i.e., Scope of Work
  14. Develop Staff Training material on potential client contract requirements
  15. Develop spreadsheets, flow charts, diagrams, and process maps to document clients' needs
  16. May be required to travel within and outside of the state of Florida
  17. Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in fields such as business administration, public relations, marketing, or communication
  • 3-5 years of experience working in the business development domain
  • Basic project management skills
  • Some marketing knowledge/experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) or related software required.

  • Ability to perform market research on existing and potential clients
  • Ability to compile, analyze, and communicate data
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to interact with clients and good communication skills to provide them timely and effective consultation, as required
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of basic marketing principles
  • Present a professional image when interacting with clients
