CCP serves 100,000+ members enrolled in Medicaid, Florida Healthy Kids, sponsored programs, and self-insured employee health plans.
CCP is owned by Memorial Healthcare System and Broward Health. CCP has an Accreditation Status of Commendable from the National Committee of Quality Assurance (NCQA) and is fully accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) as a Health Plan.
