What We Are Looking For

This role is responsible for initiating and estalishing robust and long-lasting sales relations between Kumovis (a 3D Systems company) and hospitals as well as medical device manufacturers for Neuro- and CMF surgery.

What You Will Do

  • Serve a key role in lead acquisition and sales, representing Kumovis (a 3D Systems company) at industry events, giving presentations and leading conversations with physicians, employees in a hospital`s 3D printing lab, and medical device industries.
  • Interact and conduct negotiations with purchasing departments
  • Use project management skills to navigate the sales process through technical, financial and regulatory topics
  • Grow the installed base of the Kumovis printer and establish a business model of recurring revenue
  • Convert leads to loyal customers, serving the US, Canada, Latin America, and South America
  • Prepare and present quarterly forecast and related reporting including growth trajectory of key accounts
  • Takes ownership and responsibility for revenue achievements and exceeding targets

Education and Training

  • BS degree or equivalent work experience


Experience

  • 3+ years of business development experience
  • 2+ years of experience in FDM printing or/and other AM technologies
  • Demonstrated multi-cultural experience across the Americas
  • Experience working in a highly independent and matrix environment



Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to travel 50% or more, including international across the Americas
  • Proven sales and negotiation experience, resulting in long-term business relationships
  • Knowledge of slicing software
  • Knowledge and understanding of documentation and QM for FDA regulated manufacturing
