ABOUT THE TEAM

The agent growth marketing team at Side is responsible for helping our partner teams become market leading brands through marketing strategy and execution. We create value for our partners teams by providing them with strategy, analysis, lead generation, brand marketing, content and the management of third-party performance-based referral programs like Zillow Flex, OpCity, and more. We are now looking to hire an experienced sales enablement professional to help our partner agents maximize the value of online leads by coaching them on best practices and providing accountability.


ABOUT THE ROLE

The Agent Sales Enablement Coach at Side will play a key role in helping our partner agents achieve success with their lead generation conversion and performance-based referral programs like Zillow Flex. 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Drive agent revenue growth through regular coaching and mentoring session
  • Sales script training and role plays in group and 1:1 sessions with top-performing real estate sales agents, driving the adoption of established best practices
  • Analyzing data (including recorded calls) to identify performance improvement opportunities to increase conversions
  • Holding team leaders and agents accountable where needed (i.e. regularly updating their CRM or taking non-performing agents off lead routing)
  • Develop and deliver action plans and sales training curriculum
  • Co-managing Side’s relationship with strategic partners like Zillow, Homelight, OpCity and others.

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A STRONG FIT FOR THE ROLE?

  • Prior experience working with real estate salespeople in a sales coaching or enablement role required
  • Experience with performance based referral programs like Zillow Flex, Homelight, Opcity or other preferred
  • A self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and regularly takes initiative
  • A strategic problem solver who is comfortable analyzing data to drive insights and recommendations
  • A skilled facilitator or coach with a demonstrated ability to influence sales agents to embrace best practices
