Providence St. Joseph Health is calling an Account Resolution Specialist I Outbound to our location in Portland, OR. This position works 100% remotely and is open to candidates residing in Alaska, Washington, Montana, Oregon or California.

Account Resolution Specialist 1 Outbound - Cs Outbound Calls Wa Mt at Revenue Cycle Business Services

The Account Resolution Specialist 1 Outbound will perform customer service and collection activities for multiple hospitals and clinics within PHS-Oregon region. This role serves as the first level representative in handling account resolution, with a focus on resolution of small dollar accounts.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications:

• 2 years experience in customer service.

Preferred qualifications:

• College coursework.
• 2 years
• Experience in customer service call center environment (health care preferred), or
• Experience in full-time collections (health care preferred).
• 2 years experience in automated, computerized account follow-up system.
