Braishfield & Associates, a division of Hull & Company, LLC, seeks an experienced Account Manager to join our team.

This individual will work in tandem with Producers, and Team Leader to provide quality service to our clients.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Provide Account Executives, Producers and Clients with service needs updating existing accounts
• Provide, with a positive attitude, a high level of support in maintaining, expanding, and servicing commercial accounts
• Assist in the review of company issued new and renewal policies, endorsements and audits for accuracy rating, typing, endorsements forms and coverages
• Handle telephone requests and written miscellaneous correspondence
• Maintain office records and files in accordance with the procedures/processes per agency procedure manual
• Be familiar with and follow agency E&O guidelines
• Maintain a suspense system to follow up on outstanding orders, correspondence, reports and follow up on overdue and suspense

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• High school diploma, required.
• Bachelors degree, preferred.
• 3+ years of prior work experience in similar position, preferred.
• Current Property & Casualty Insurance license.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
