Responsibilities:- Conduct market surveys in order to understand customers and competitors.
- Scout, evaluate and support the selection of new business development ideas.
- Deliver macroeconomic reports to the Management and continuously observe external factors relevant to the company.
- Collaborate with inside and outside sales team to strengthen the existing business and develop new markets.
- Be a competent partner for customers, provide advice and support together or in co-ordination with outside sales.
- Assist the AE team to promote and support of OEM Offspring as well as global robotics program.
- Master market and sales-related knowhow in KLCHINA, preparing for training in KL Headquarter in Munich.
- Master's degree in chemical, Mechanical Engineering or relative field.
- Open minded person, with strong communication skills in Chinese and English and adaptability to foreign cultures and entrepreneurship.
- A high degree of flexibility and innovative abilities to meet the challenges of an fast growing expanding and market-oriented organization in a changing China market environment.
- Willingness to travel (customer relationship, business travel), present the company and our branding.
