About the Role

In this role, you will lead the delivery of sustainable commercial growth by shaping and executing strategic sales plans. You will work collaboratively across teams and markets, using data and customer insight to drive performance, strengthen client relationships, and inspire a high-performing sales culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver sustainable commercial growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans across all product lines
  • Use data and insights to identify opportunities, optimise customer value, and improve revenue performance
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships across digital and in-person channels, delivering tailored, outcome-focused solutions
  • Manage and forecast a complex sales pipeline with accuracy, identifying risks and market trends early
  • Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing, inclusive sales team to maximise engagement and performance
  • Promote consistent sales excellence through coaching, training, and collaboration across teams
  • Drive continuous improvement by testing new approaches, encouraging innovation, and supporting cross-functional initiatives
  • Partner effectively with internal and international stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and ethical business practices
