Where You’ll Make a Difference
• Support Sales team on daily account operations and project coordination for Fine Fragrance customers
• Manage project flow from brief intake to submission, ensuring accurate and timely system updates
• Coordinate closely with internal teams (Perfumery, Marketing, Consumer Insights, Operations) to deliver projects on time
• Assist in preparing client presentations, sample requests, and project documentation
• Track project progress and highlight risks or delays to Sales team
• Support sample ordering, pricing updates, and basic commercial processes
• Maintain customer data, project records, and reporting in internal systems
• Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal stakeholders
What Makes You the Right Fit
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, commercial operations, or customer service (B2B preferred)
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with strong execution mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English and Chinese
