The Role
Support sales manager to define and execute strategic plans for large COG accounts. Research customer pain points, design customized medium-voltage switchgear solutions for petrochemical clients, coordinate product specialists and technical teams, drive commercial negotiations and strategic agreements, maintain executive-level relationships, organize customer experience and cross-business-unit service teams to ensure timely delivery and increased customer value.

核心职责
      1、客户战略规划的制订和落地
      •     支持本地产品组销售经理以制定COG行业大客户和重点行业设计院的客户画像。
      •     与本地产品组产品市场部深度配合,协助本地产品组销售经理通过可定义的战略规划路径
                        以进一步推送价值主张,与客户的需求进行有效匹配。
      •      配合并支持COG大客户商业谈判,促进战略合作协议的签订并跟踪执行效果。
      2、COG行业大客户需求洞察与方案设计
      •     深度调研客户业务痛点,整合公司产品/服务资源,输出定制化解决方案。
      •     协同产品专家团队(Product Specialist)与技术支持部门(Technical Support)
                        推动客户定制化需求落地。
      3、关系维护与价值提升
      •     配合大客户经理建立和客户的高层对话机制,定期输出客户健康度分析报告。
      •     策划客户体验升级项目,提升客户忠诚度与品牌黏性。
      4、跨部门协同
      •     牵头销售、运营、财务等部门建立客户响应快速通道,确保服务时效性。
      •     牵头组织跨业务单元(如:Smart Building/Smart Power, LV System和Process Automation等)的大客户服务团队,为大客户创造协同增效的价值。

 一、资质要求
1. 学历与专业
   - 优先电气工程、自动化、机械电子、能源动力等理工科专业。  
    
2. 行业经验
   - 要求5年以上经验,熟悉中压开关柜(12~40.5kV)产品及应用场景.
   - 熟悉石化行业

二、核心技术能力
1. 产品技术理解力
   - 精通中压开关柜核心技术参数,熟悉主流设备厂商产品选型及对比。  
2. 客户开发与高层维系
   - 具备配合大客户经理开发战略COG客户的能力,维护客户决策层关系。  
   - 需主导客户技术交流会、产品演示及投标策略。  
3. 沟通协调能力
   - 和客户沟通,和销售和工厂相关部门协调的能力。

Skills Required

  • 5+ years industry experience
  • Familiarity with medium-voltage switchgear (12~40.5kV) products and applications
  • Familiarity with petrochemical (石化) industry
  • Proficiency in core technical parameters of medium-voltage switchgear and vendor product selection/comparison
  • Ability to develop and maintain executive-level customer relationships for strategic COG accounts
  • Experience leading customer technical meetings, product demonstrations, and bid strategy
  • Strong cross-functional communication and coordination with sales, factory, operations, and finance
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Energy/Power or related STEM fields
