All About the Role:
As a Sales Support Specialist, Consumer Direct Interaction (CDI), you will support the growth of Electrolux's aftermarket business by ensuring seamless order execution and operational support for Independent Retailers and Builder Distributors. Acting as the voice of the customer, you will partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to resolve operational issues, improve service levels, and drive a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to leverage data to support business decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, including order entry, maintenance, tracking, and issue resolution.
Monitor order activity, inventory levels, and shipment performance to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Investigate and resolve order exceptions, EDI transaction issues, and fulfillment discrepancies.
Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards to support performance tracking and decision-making.
Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, and Operations teams to resolve customer issues and support business objectives.
Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and order master data.
Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities to improve service levels and efficiency.
Support process improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and business results.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Customer Service, Order Management, or a related field.
Experience analyzing data and creating reports to measure customer or operational performance.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business systems such as ERP, CRM, or EDI platforms.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
