Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Monitor and track tender opportunities on designated portals/websites, maintain an overview, and flag deadlines.
- Support preparation of tender documentation (forms, compliance checklists, templates, certifications) and ensure completeness/formatting.
- Coordinate with Sales for pricing inputs, commercial terms, and approvals; consolidate inputs into final submissions.
- Update internal trackers, archive submissions, and assist with Q&A logs and bidder communications as needed.
Qualification & Skills:
- Ongoing studies in Business, Economics, or a related field; availability ~20 - 25 hours/week.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and deadline management; comfortable working with checklists and version control.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel for trackers; Word/PowerPoint for submission packs; SharePoint/Teams or similar).
- Solid communication skills to align with Sales and other stakeholders; professional written formatting.
- Basic understanding of RFP/RFI/RFQ processes, compliance requirements, and tender evaluation criteria is a plus (training provided).
- Working proficiency in English; Chinese is a plus depending on tender language.
