Job DescriptionMain responsibilities
- collaborates with the Sales Representatives (SR) in carrying out the relations with the company's external customers
- manages requests for quotations and orders received.
- informs SR about customer requests – for additional materials, changes in commercial conditions, etc.
- update projects in local CRM
- analyzes project pre-calculations
- drafts and manages contractual documentation for the company's clients: Contracts, Addendums, information, etc.
- prepares analysis reports of closed construction sites
- various analyses, prices, balance sheet on projects, companies, economic performance, etc. – at the request of superiors
- approvals according to Sales Guidelines
- Construction background preferred
- Computer Operation Knowledge – Excell (Advanced), Word, MS Office, Internet
- Knowledge of English
- Knowledge of Estonian
