Job Summary
Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Manage project workflows to ensure smooth and timely execution.
- Coordinate with Account Managers to maintain accurate pipelines and support customer visits.
- Handle sample and quotation tasks, updating shared files and tracking progress.
- Prepare documentation and proforma invoices as needed.
- Execute SAP transactions for pricing, label information, and price checks.
- Serve as the main contact for forecast entries and customer-related system updates.
- Support regulatory inquiries and oversee bank sampling and selection processes.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, project coordination, or commercial operations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) and SAP systems is highly desirable.
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Collaborative, responsible, and customer-focused mindset.
