Job Summary
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day customer queries, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution across global accounts.
- Coordinate sample requests, pricing updates, product information, and documentation to support effective account execution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, forecasts, and sales data to enable seamless reporting and decision-making.
- Prepare monthly performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Support cross-functional projects in collaboration with Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain teams.
- Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables for customer initiatives and new product launches.
- Assist with financial processes including pricing coordination, margin analysis, and sales forecasting.
- Collaborate closely with regional teams to ensure alignment on global account priorities and commercial strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in a commercial, sales support, or customer-facing role, ideally within FMCG or the fragrance industry.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable working across multiple geographies, cultures, and cross-functional teams.
- Proactive problem-solver who can manage issues independently and propose effective solutions.
- Experience supporting global or regional accounts in an international business environment.
- Knowledge of FMCG or fragrance industry processes, trends, and commercial dynamics.
- Advanced Excel skills or experience with reporting, dashboards, and data visualization.
