What You'll Do:
- Lead Management:
- Qualify and route all inbound leads to the appropriate teams, ensuring a seamless and timely process.
- Handle internal referrals and requests for the Growth Sales, AS, and Agency teams.
- Maintain open lines of communication between Growth, Retail Media, Agency, and Enterprise teams to ensure effective collaboration.
- Lead Analysis:
- Conduct monthly and quarterly analysis of inbound leads to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights based on lead analysis to enhance lead generation strategies.
- Strategic Research:
- Perform comprehensive research to support new business initiatives, focusing on expanding opportunities across the enterprise and a large prospect list.
- Analyze market trends and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making and business growth.
Who You Are:
The Sales Support Associate is integral to our US Sales, Retail Media, and Enterprise teams, responsible for managing and optimizing inbound leads. This role involves close collaboration with various teams, including Retail Media, Enterprise, Supply/Publishers, and Existing Business, to ensure efficient lead qualification, routing, and analysis. Additionally, the Sales Support Associate will engage in strategic research to support new business initiatives across the enterprise and a large prospect list. This position plays a crucial role in refining demand generation strategies and liaising with the Marketing team on a weekly basis. The Sales Support Associate will also serve as a Salesforce liaison and Power User for the team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead management and sales support.
- Strong research skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data to guide business initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster collaboration between cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:
