DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

As the Sales Support Associate, you will:

 ·      Serve as a primary internal contact for partner clients, supporting their daily operational needs.

·       Respond promptly to quote and order requests, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.

·       Provide real-time updates on order status, shipping timelines, and delivery confirmations.

·       Check and communicate inventory levels, lead times, and product availability.

·       Collaborate closely with Account Managers to support sales initiatives and client satisfaction.

·       Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, sales ops, finance) to resolve client issues and ensure smooth order processing.

·       Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotes, and transactions in CRM systems.

·       Proactively identify opportunities to improve client experience and internal processes.

·       Assist in onboarding new clients and educating them on tools, portals, and procedures.

·       Support sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches as needed.

·       Mus be able to work during USA working hours (PST)

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Sales Support Associate:

·       2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service—preferably in IT distribution, technology, or B2B sales environments.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

·       Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

·       Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

·       Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

·       Team player with a proactive and collaborative approach

·       Experience working with IT vendors, resellers, or distribution partners.

·       Familiarity with quoting tools, ERP systems, and inventory management platforms.

·       Knowledge of IT hardware, software, or cloud solutions is a plus.
