We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-driven Sales and Customer Support Associate to join our client's team. This role focuses on assisting customers with inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring seamless service, while also driving sales through product knowledge and relationship building. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to balance customer support with sales responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and policies
  • Resolve issues and complaints promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Process orders, manage accounts, and handle billing or service requests
  • Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services to generate sales
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and improve customer retention
  • Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and company policies

Requirements

Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

  • Internet Connection:
    • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
    • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
    • Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
  • Primary Device:
    • Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
      • Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
      • A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup Device:
    • Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
    • Must be functional during power interruptions.
  • Peripherals and Workspace:
    • A functioning webcam.
    • A noise-canceling USB headset.
    • A quiet, dedicated home office space.
    • A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
