私たちはSalesforce Strategyを担うStrategy & Programsの一員として、主にCustomer Success Group(CSG)のゴール実現に責任を持つチームです。GlobalおよびSales Strategyとの連携を通じて会社のGo-To-Market(GTM)戦略をCSGの施策に落とし込み、顧客維持・成長の実現に向けてCustomer Success Businessを牽引するリーダー陣の意思決定をデータと戦略的思考で支えます。Sales Strategy、Finance、Operations、Enablementなど多様な部門との連携を主導しながら、戦略をビジネスの現場で実現することに情熱を持つ方を歓迎します。

ロール概要

CSG Data & Insights Analystは、CSG全体をカバーする柔軟なリソースとして機能します。特定のチームに固定されるのではなく、Business Partnerと連携しながら、Salesforce活用促進・製品利用量(Consumption)の拡大・解約リスクの最小化という重要なGoal達成に向けて、データと戦略的思考でチーム全体を支えます。

本ポジションは単なるレポーティング担当ではありません。ビジネス上の問いをプロアクティブに特定し、分析基盤を構築し、データを収集・分析して、意思決定を動かすInsightを届けることが求められます。Customer Successのビジネスモデル・業務プロセス・KPIを深く理解し、Stakeholderの状況を踏まえた上でデータ活用を推進することが不可欠です。

職務内容

  • Insight Generation:ビジネス課題を特定し、データ分析に基づく具体的な改善提案を行う。お客様のSalesforce活用促進・製品利用量(Consumption)・解約リスクの最小化に関わる動向・課題についても積極的にデータを収集・分析しInsightを提供する

  • Decision Support - Business Partner連携:Business Partnerとの日常的な連携を通じ、リーダー陣との会話から生まれた検討事項に対してデータ・Insightを迅速に提供する。BPと対等なパートナーとして協働する

  • Decision Support - Strategy Team Lead連携:Strategy Leadからの依頼に責任を持って対応する。CSGリーダーとの議論・Sales Strategyとの連携・経営層向けの意思決定材料など幅広いトピックに対してデータ準備とInsight提供を担う

  • Stakeholder Business Understanding:Customer Successのビジネスモデル・業務プロセス・KPI・課題を深く理解する。Stakeholderが何を必要としているかを自ら察知し、データ活用の優先度と方向性を主体的に判断する

  • Analytics Development:データ分析の手法・プロセスを継続的に改善し、より精度の高いInsight生成に向けて分析基盤の高度化を推進する

  • Data Quality:データ品質の監査・調査・提言を行い、分析基盤の信頼性を継続的に高める

  • Data Management:各種データソース(社内CRMおよびクラウドデータ基盤等)へのアクセス管理とデータ品質の維持を担い、分析基盤の信頼性を確保する

必須要件

  • データ分析・ビジネスインテリジェンス・または経営企画などの企画業務に5年以上携わった経験

  • 担当ビジネスグループ(Customer Success / SaaS等)のビジネスモデル・業務プロセスに対する深い理解

  • Stakeholderのビジネス状況・課題・意思決定プロセスを把握し、データ活用の方向性を自律的に判断できる能力

  • 可読性の高いSQLを用いたデータ抽出・集計・分析の実務スキル

  • Tableau等のBIツールを用いたエグゼクティブレベルのダッシュボード・レポート構築の実務経験

  • 社内CRMおよびクラウドDWHプラットフォームの実務経験(必須)

  • 高度な定量分析・財務モデリングスキル(Excel / Google Sheets等)

  • 複数のStakeholderからの依頼を自律的に優先度管理し、期限内に高品質な成果物を提供できる能力

  • データからInsightを導き、シニアリーダーに対して明確・説得力を持って伝えるコミュニケーション能力

  • 流暢な日本語(ネイティブレベル)および業務遂行に十分な英語力

Skills Required

  • 5+ years in data analysis, business intelligence, or corporate strategy
  • Deep understanding of Customer Success or SaaS business models and processes
  • Ability to autonomously prioritize multiple stakeholder requests and deliver high-quality outputs on time
  • Proficient SQL for readable data extraction, aggregation, and analysis
  • Experience building executive-level dashboards and reports using Tableau (or similar BI tools)
  • Practical experience with internal CRM (Salesforce) and cloud data warehouse platforms
  • Advanced quantitative analysis and financial modeling skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
  • Ability to derive insights from data and communicate clearly and persuasively to senior leaders
  • Fluent/native Japanese and sufficient business English
  • Experience auditing and improving data quality and maintaining data access controls
  • Experience with statistical modeling or machine learning (Python / R)
  • Data engineering / ETL and pipeline design experience (2+ years)
  • Tableau certification (Desktop Specialist / Professional)
  • SnowPro (Snowflake) certification
  • Experience collaborating with Sales Strategy or Global Data Intelligence teams
  • Consulting firm or SaaS strategy/analytics experience
