We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our client's growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, presenting property investment opportunities, and closing sales transactions. The Sales Specialist will play a key role in achieving revenue targets while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
  • Engage with prospective buyers and investors to understand their needs and recommend suitable properties.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and follow up regularly to maximize conversions.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients while ensuring a smooth sales process.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property inventory, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to support sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.

RequirementsRequirementsEducation & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate, property development, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.
