Define data and integration needs, manage scope and change control, support testing and defect resolution, and prepare training, handover, and administrator guidance.

Lead business-facing data activities for ServiceNow GRC/IRM and SPM implementations: profile source systems, define source-to-target mappings and cleansing rules, validate and reconcile migrated data, coordinate remediation, and produce migration evidence, documentation, and end-user training.

Lead and configure ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management capabilities, translate portfolio and project practices into governed processes, define requirements and data mappings, support integrations (Jira), migrate legacy data, prepare functional designs and user stories, facilitate workshops, support UAT/training, and provide handover and adoption support.
