ABOUT THE ROLE

JOB TITLE: Sales Specialist

LOCATION: Hybrid (Milan) - 3 days/week

TYPE OF CONTRACT: Fixed term of a year to start with

SALARY RANGE: 25-28K
AVAILABILITY: ASAP

What you'll do:

  • Be the first point of contact for our WeRoaders, managing inbound and outbound sales interactions across multiple channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and more).

  • Hunt and convert leads with a proactive and goal-oriented approach, always looking for new opportunities to engage potential travelers.

  • Guide our customers through their decision-making process, understanding their needs and matching them with the perfect WeRoad experience.

  • Work closely with the Sales Team Leader to execute and continuously improve our sales strategy and practices.

  • Maintain and update a structured sales pipeline, keeping track of all customer interactions and ensuring an organized process.

  • Act as the voice of WeRoad: represent our brand values, handle objections, and provide support when needed to guarantee a positive customer experience.

What we’re looking for:

  • 1-2 years of proven sales experience, ideally in B2C, with both inbound and outbound activities.

  • A strong commercial drive: you love hitting (and beating) ambitious sales targets.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.

  • Fluency in Italian (native or equivalent) and good knowledge of English (written and spoken). Working fluency in any other European language spoken in our office (Spanish, German, French) is a strong plus.

  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Based in Milan or willing to relocate, with availability to work in the office 3 days a week.
